I’ve worked in real estate for 11 years, and I still think one of the strangest things about this business is how often people are expected to make enormous decisions with half the information.
That is not how I work.
I represent buyers throughout Orange County, including luxury, relocation, move-up, and first-time buyers. My job is to build the strategy, manage the moving pieces, negotiate hard, and make sure you understand what is happening before you are asked to decide anything.
